J30J series high-density micro rectangular electrical connectors are developed for applications that require miniature size, reduced weight, and dependable circuit interconnection. The series complies with GJB2446A, equivalent to MIL-C-83513, and corresponds to the MDM-type micro rectangular connector structure, offering a compact solution for modern electronic equipment design.
The connector uses elastic stranded pin contacts, commonly called twist pin contacts, to ensure reliable electrical contact and stable mating performance. This contact form helps maintain connection continuity when the equipment is exposed to vibration, shock, or repeated mating cycles. The contact arrangement is highly compact, with a 1.27 mm horizontal pitch and 1.1 mm row spacing, enabling high-density wiring in a limited installation area.
A metal shielding shell is used to improve mechanical protection and signal shielding capability. For cable termination and assembly protection, an optional metal rear cover can also be provided. The product range includes 11 contact specifications: 9, 15, 21, 25, 31, 37, 51, 66, 74, 100, and 144 pins, allowing engineers to select suitable layouts according to circuit quantity and equipment structure.
J30J connectors are suitable for cable-to-cable, cable-to-PCB, and PCB-to-PCB connections. For board-mount applications, tail structures can be adjusted to meet PCB hole spacing requirements. With its advantages in contact density, compact construction, mounting flexibility, environmental resistance, and cost-performance balance, the J30J series is widely suitable for compact electronic instruments, control modules, communication equipment, testing systems, and other high-reliability interconnection applications.
